Data request about a closed account

Dear AirBnB Team,

 

we got a letter from the local tax authorities regarding our income through AirBnB for year 2015. The figures they have stated in the letter were far from what we have actually earned as a host, but as we have closed the account back in January 2017, we don't have access to the data and can not prove what was the real income. Can you help us please? The lising was in Budapest, Hungary. If you can give us a local contact phone number asap whom we could solve this, that would be great. Thanks! Your swift response will be highly appreciated - due to strict deadlines of the tax authorities.

If Airbnb cannot provide the information, can you go back to your bank and get the bank statements that show Airbnb deposits?

thanks for your kind reply. Our major problem is that we have closed the account half year ago, so that I can not access either the help or the data... Bank statements are great proof of the income, but not good enough in this case as the basic problem comes from that the tax authorities have received from their Irish counterparts such figures which we have never realized. Thus I would need an official proof of total reservation value, to prove that our income was just as low as we declaired and not as the authorities said. I would be happy to call AirBnB but they do not have a helpline in Hungary. And I have sent my email to urgent@airbnb.com, too. But no reply so far... :((( 

UPDATE: 

I got a reply from AirBnB cutomer service for my mail. (Problem has not been solved yet, but at least conversation has started.)

I'm sorry to hear that you've been having a hard time getting the information back from your Airbnb account - I hope you get this sorted swiftly!
