Hi,

A girl has asked to reserve one of my rooms from Oct 2018-May 2019

it says the dates are unavailable - but when i look, it says it is.

Can someone please help me?

What is your settining for booking window open into the future? Make sure you open it 12 months. It's in booking tab.
