@Maria11514 This is a discussion forum for hosts and guests, not Airbnb customer service. If your account is still active, you should shut off instant book immediately, so people can't just book automatically- they will have to send you a request and you can explain the situation..
@Maria11514If you are truly wanting to deactivate, this is something you can do yourself. Go to your Listing Details page, go down to the bottom of the page to Listing Status and click on the little Edit box. Simply click the orange "Deactivate" button and you are done. This will automatically delete your listing. However, if you simply want to discontinue being listed, then hit the "Unlist" button above the deactivate button.
