Deadline for reservation changes?

As a guest, when is the deadline for submitting reservation change request? Do I have until check-in, or can I straight up change mid-stay (e.g. to extend it)?

You can submit a change request to your host at any time before or during your stay. It's up to the host whether or not they wish to accept.

When you say "change" that could me 2 things:

Shortening your stay is a cancellation, and it is subject to the host's refund policy.

Adding days is easy, if the days are available--host proposes the change, you accept and pay the difference, and done.

Talk to your host directly about what you are doing.
