Decline not working

Help please.

I keep get a reminder that I have a booking request I need to respond to. Everytime I go to decline it the system won't let me put in a reason for declining and I can't move past this point, thus I keep getting messages to respond to the booking.

I have responded via message to let the guest know but I want to get rid of the reminder, plus it will affect my response times.

Any help much appreciated.
