Payment not received

Hi can anyone advise how I can contact airbnb to chase a payment for a guest who has been and gone last week? I received no notification of payment and there's nothing in my transaction history. 

Im going mad trying to find a way to contact airbnb to resolve this. 

Any help much appreciated. Thank you.

Easiest way to get a hold of them is often through Twitter.  Try sending them a DM at @AirbnbHelp
