Declined Guests Kept Sending Request to Stay

This guy sent me a request to stay at my place for 1 night, and he wanted to have his laundry done during the stay. I declined him; my house rules clearly states that No Washer and Dryer Access. Apparently he didn’t/ doesn’t read the house rules. He sent me a message an hour ago asking me why I declined him, I asked him to read the house rules. He didn’t get it or still didn’t read it. He sent me another request. I declined again. He kept sending me messages and wanted to book my place. Tired of dealing with him. He only has 2 reviews, total 4.5 stars. One review was neutral, more towards to the negative side; the other one is positive. He couldn’t Instant Book my place, most likely he was not recommended by other hosts. I have to block my calendar so I don’t have to deal with him again, it’s very energy consuming... wish I could just block him!!

You can block him. Flag one of his messages as "They're being offensive" then click "They're being innapropriate." When it asks you to explain just say they are not but you want this person to stop contacting you since they are not a good fit. Then click 'Block.' The messaging option will be gone and this guest will have no way of contacting you again.
