Definition of bedroom

What is the definition of bedroom?  I have a room at the end of the living room that has pocket doors to close and a really nice pull out queen sofa with air mattress. Closing the pocket doors makes it completely private but there is no closet. Others could still watch tv in the living room with someone in the room I call a bedroom. I have considered it the 4 th bedroom and clearly describe it in my listing. The last guest has been the only one to say a thing about it but told me it was only 3 bedrooms and gave me 4 stars for accuracy. 

So now I’m debating on whether to change it to 3 bedrooms or leave it alone and see if I get more complaints.

@Rhonda74  Do you make it really clear in your listing info what this room is like? Is there any way that you could fit a room divider outside this door, so the guest doesn't have to step out directly into the living room, where others might be watching TV or conversing? Guests do need a place to hang their clothes. Is there space in there to put a small wardrobe or one of those clothes racks on wheels? If not, I don't think you should use it as a bedroom, except maybe to accommodate an extra person coming with those who have booked your other rooms. If you've had a lot of guests, and this is the first one who's complained, well, you can't please everyone. But I would make some effort to make it feel more private and include at least a place to hang their clothes.

Thank you Sarah. I have added the bedroom description from my listing below.   I will consider getting a small wardrobe to put in there if I don’t change my listing to 3 bedrooms.   I would think people would read the description before booking the house, but evidently not the last guest.  I also have lots of pics of all the spaces. 

“There are 3 bedrooms with queen beds plus one sleeping area off the living room with pocket doors and queen Air Dream Ultra mattress sleeper sofa.  It has one of the best views in the house.   There is a full size futon on the landing at the top of the beautiful cherry staircase that can sleep two. “
