Have any other hosts experienced delays to your payout? I tend to have guests who book for a month, or more, and on my latest booking, the guest had two back to back stays. On the start of the second stay, I did not receive my customary email saying that payment was approved for payout. I left it a few days, then called customer support. The agent told me she woild escalate my case and someone would be in touch within 24-48 hours. Long story short, after three telephone calls TO Airbnb and NO emails/phone calls FROM Airbnb, I finally was told that the guest had been accidentally charged twice for the tax, but he had indeed paid (until this point, I was very concerned about how I would evict him if he hadn't paid...). The customer service rep I spoke to on the third occassion did phone back to let me know that the issue had been resolved and payment would be released. I'm finally expecting payment to arrive 15 days into a 25 day reservation. It's very frustrating! I'm wondering if this is common?
