I am renting my flat with a government contract to someone, but he was subletting it through Airbnb illegally. Now I want to end his contract because of this, but he deleted his listing. Is there any chance I can have some proof of it? Can you retrieve the listing?
Anecdotally, a court in Paris France made a judgment in a similar situation that the subletting tenant should pay all his ill-gotten gains back to the landlord, which if I’m not very much mistaken was circa euros 110,000.
Thanks for the reply! Do you think I could retrieve his listing? It's deleted.
Aspa,
You can't access someone else's account.
You will have to communicate with Airbnb directly, provide them with all the proofs, etc.
I have no idea how they will react. And you maybe advised to instruct a lawyer to act on your behalf.
