Deposit

I am trying to verify my trial deposit made by Airbnb but it won't let me.  Hence I can't get paid what is owed me.  Any suggestions?  I also tried calling and it rings once and then goes silent...

@Joanne20 Not sure what you mean by "trial deposit".  Are you referring to a Security Deposit?  Please clarify!

Are you making referebce to your Security Deposit? if so, you do not get this deposit except where there are damages as a result of the guest then you can make a claim via airbnb - https://www.airbnb.co.uk/help/article/140/how-does-airbnb-handle-security-deposits.
