i cannot check in client and I do not see that I have received payment. She is already asking for a refund for early departure. I'm afraid I will not be paid for her time.
@Dorian41 both of your listings have a flexible cancellation policy so you don't get any fee unless the guest cancels within 24hrs of check in. If they cancel more than 24hrs before check in the guest gets refunded your accommodation & cleaning fee but gets charged the Airbnb service fee.
You might want to consider changing your cancellation policy to moderate or strict so that you get some funds if the guest cancels.
