Different person after first night

Hi, I had a booking for 4 people. When they turned up there were 3 males & 1 female. After the first night it then became 2 males & 2 females. I was totally new to Airbnb so didnt know how to take it. There may of even been more than 4 people at some stage. All 3 bedrooms had been used & about 2 dozen towels!! I'm really over people wanting everything for nothing & taking advantage of others. I too have now gotten rid of Instant Book & I will be asking a lot of questions before I allow them to book. Im not trying to make a fortune thru this just a little extra.

Anyone else experienced this kind of thing?

No but I don't have a shared listing.

Install CCTV at your listing.

Make sure your house rules are clear that only those who have booked and paid can be on the premises.

Thanks for your reply Helen. I really should of confronted the person that booked it. I certainly won't be letting anything like this happen again, Susan.
