Different pricing on search list vs. actual listing?

An Airbnb newbie here and I am baffled ~ when I search for my property (I am not logged in to Airbnb in this scenario) I see my property listed in the list of properties found in my search at $175 per night, BUT when I click on my property, the listing reflects the current pricing of $130 per night.  I don't have Smart Pricing turned on so don't understand why the listing of properties would show one price (a higher price) and the actual listing would show another (a lower price.)  I used a different browser and even cleared cookies just in case.  I am concerned this will cost me renters since the the price on the search result is a good bit higher than it currently is on the actual listing.

Any ideas?

Thank you for your help!

It may have something to do with your base price so I suggest you check and adjust.

Thank you for the help!  I figured it out - when I search for a single night it takes my base price, ADDs the cleaning fee and reflects that in the search listing.  When I click into the listing, the price reflects my base price and the cleaning fee is shows in the listing as a separate entry.

When I search across multiple nights, the cleaning fee is divided into the number of nights and added to the base fee.  This results in some strange pricing, but does, in fact, make sense from the renter's perspective e.g. the price/night is inclusive of any additional fees.

Thanks again!
