Difficulty in finding our property

Hi, I am wondering if anyone can help. When searching for our property on Airbnb our suburb never comes up. I put the suburb in and an area that is miles away comes up. Unless you search and search and refine your criteria, it is almost impossible to find our property. I feel we are losing bookings as it is extremely difficult to find. I believe if you put in an are, that particular area should come up straight away. Not an area that is at least 10 km's away. I am also wondering if we have been given the badge of superhost does that give us any priority as to where our listing is placed.

we have the same problem. you have to be very specific about our property to find it....why is this so?

any thought on how to be a more visible property or how to get help?
