Dirty Accomodation

Hello!

I was wodnering if someone could help please!

I've just come home from staying in a cottage and the cleanliness was awful! I always use Airbnb and I have never had an issue like this before. When I arrived and discovered blood stains on pillows, dirty dishes in the dishwasher, a grill covered in fat and all the showers and sinks covered in human hairs and old soapy water, I emailed the host immediatley. I then had an aggressive reply syaing that I was 'incorrect' I needed to 'open my eyes' that 'i am never satisified' and that 'i obviosuly dont understand the priviliged of staying in a hoem such as this'. 

Im unable to find an email to contact Airbnb - Can anybody help with this please?

I took photos of everything. For some reason I am unable to attach them to this post.

@Eirlys0 - There is a contact number on your reservation confirmation for Airbnb.  Additionally, if you did not cancel and chose to stay even if the conditions were not agreeable, are can write a review of the property and give it the appropriate star rating.  If you did cancel, you will be refunded based on the cancellation policy in place plus you are covered by the Guest Refund Policy
