Disable Non-Refundable Reservations

Hello,

My Airbnb account is linked with my property management system (PMS) and it limits some actions I will be able to do.

When Non Refundable promotion became live, I received the option to turn it on and I did it on the properties I had live at the moment. However, I am trying to turn it off and it isn't giving me this option. 

it says any price alteration must be done on my PMS however the PMS does not have this option. It was only available on the website.

How can I disable it?

No idea what your PMS is, but turning off the  "no-refund at cancellation" option on Airbnb is simple: Un-tick the "non refundable" box in the section "cancellation policies".
