@michelle3257 Its a policy I think Michelle , not a group as such . this is only a host chat group , which tries to give advise not a employed part of airbnb . Try @Quincy  He may be able to point you in the right direction if you have a complaint or a question . H

There actually is a small group that deals with issues. Just have to keep reporting through the regular help portal apparently. Frustrating! Thank you for the response
