Hello I am a host from Kandy, Sri Lanka. I have a small issue with regard to a Payment made by a guest for a future reservation. The dispute is over the currency which the guest has use to make the payment. I have got the confirmation from Airbnb with the applicable USD rate, where as the guest says, that he paid the same amount in Euro. So my question is whether I can send a screenshot of the payout details through Airbnb mail system. Please advice if it is proper. Thank you - Deena.
Hello @Riza4. Unfortunately, Airbnb keeps shifting currencies and claiming some percentage for doing so. This topic has been raised many a time here in the forum.
You can send the screenshot - I've heard that for the time being only doable in the app (phone).
