Yes @Clare0, I have already responded. It took me way longer than the 5 minutes they suggested and could have taken me much longer. I am hoping they will call me tp provide more feedback as I know I did not cover everything.
And, @Mindy1 - you might want to disregard my response because after researching it on the internet, it appears you will need to treat the area. You may want to submit a claim.

You can use the resolution center to file a claim against their deposit. But remember, you only have 48 hrs to do so.
