You did approve reservations instantly and I did not Have the chance to tell that
the second reservation will be using 2 days from the first. In other words I am
reservaing march 30 and 31 for two guest. What should I do .?
I have no space for both and it is very difficult to tell the guest one day before.

It sounds like you didn't block off the calendar for one guest and then you received an Instant book. Remember to coordinate your calendars so that you don't get duplicate reservations.

Right but I had not approved the first reservation yet. So why would I mark it off on my calendar. Is there any way at all to contact them directly? This is my first time.
well, you can eather cancel one reservation and suffer all the consequences or find another room in your neighbourhood for one of your guests and relocate him there. I would recommend the second option if your guest will agree.
