Hi everyone. 

One of my guest aks me to send him ht email a copy of my passeport and a document of the registration of my flat in ordre to have his visa. He is from russia

I don t feel confortable with that.  What can I do?

I agree - that would make me uncomfortable too.    I don't think there is anything for you to do other than to politely and kindly let him know that you can not do that.  At the same time, if you are comfortable with the guest in other ways, you could still accept the reservation.  Then, it is up to the guest;  he can book if he gets a visa, and not book if he doesn't.
