Doe anyone have an example of an owners manual checklist for guests please?

Hi , I was wondering if the add a house manual is all that is needed for guests to do a self check-in.

 

I usually greet my guests but this weekend l am not available and they are arriving very late.

 

Has anyone a good example of a house manual that l could view please, so l have a guideline as to what to include.
