Does Airbnb Assign Individual URL's for Listings?

I have tried copying and pasting the URL that is in the browser with my listing, but it doesn't work when pasted into a browser.  I have tried entering the listing number in the search box here on Airbnb and all it does is reference an entire page of listings for my area.  How do potential guests find me that are referred by family and friends on Airbnb without having to go thru a bunch of selections, or is this even possible?

Hello! Pardon me, that is exactly what I am looking for but I don't understand how you manage to retrieve these direct URL, I have only been able to copy the adress of the browser on my page but it is very unfriendly to show or share...
