Does anyone have a wifi agreement?

After a guest torrented Game of Throrns and we received a warning of discontinuation of service from our internet provider we now have guests agree not to download, fileshare or view anything that's illegal or copyrighted before giving them the wifi password. Is that bad in terms of guest experience? We just need some piece of mind and try to make the agreenent as impersonal as possible and that we ask all guests etc. We're putting in a new router etc to make all this less possible but we still want the agreement.

@Beth-And-Robert0 put it in your house rules. They have to agree on your house rules before booking.
