Does special offer include the service fee?

Hi, i need some advice.

I have sent special offers to guests, but i think i have been short-changing myself.

When one sends a special offer, does it include the service fee? Remember, the host and and the guest pays different service fees.

Is anyone able to assist with advice?

I believe the service fee is in addition. Does it not have anything about how special offers work under the Airbnb Help Centre @Rowén0 ?
