Does the security deposit cover things that are not returned like beach tags?

I have a seasonal condo in a beach town and we like to provide our guests with extras like beach chairs, beach caddy and beacth tags.  The beach tags are seasonal and cost 25.00 per to replace.  Does the security deposit cover them if lost?

It can do - however you know how it is when people go to the beach, stuff gets put everywhere, in the car, left behind on the beach, etc. You will spend your time in the resolution centre chasing people for what may seem like minor amounts and it won't look good on your reviews. Consider whether or not yoiu really need to provide low value items like this at all or whether it is worth the hassle chasing for payment if something goes missing
