Double Booking

Hi, 

I just have bookt three places instead of one as my App showed error after two first booking. I did't know that I have boked somthing, so I have booked two places without knoing that I did it. Of cource i needed to cancel two booking and I've lost 100 euro of fees. That is very frustrating, as it was 100% technical error and not my fauglt. How can I refund the fees?

Upd. Thanks Emiel, I have contacted Airbnb and they refund all fees. Great service!
