Drop in DC reservations

Last year, we were completely booked for October and November. With corporate Airbnb’s becoming illegal 01 October 2019, I expected our reservations to be as good, but that’s not the case. 

I’m barely half booked for October and one one reservation for November. Any idea what’s going on??
