Minimum number of nights for a specific period makes dates unavailable in calendar

I need some help with setting minimum durations for a stay.
I have a basic rule for minimum number of nights for a stay which is set at 2. I want to add a specific rule for minimum number of nights for July and August 2020 (minimum 7 nights with check-ins on Fridays). When I do so, the calendar shows that whole period as unavailable except for the Fridays.
Only Fridays show as available because I have selected Fridays as check-in days. the calendar does not show days available to stay but rather days available for check-ins. That is confusing and to the potential customer, it makes it look as only Fridays are available to stay.
I have removed the "Check-in only on Fridays" and all dates now show as available.
