I had a guest book three nights from Thursday to Sunday.
They checked in at 3pm, then at 9pm informed me that they had just been called away for work and would be leaving in the morning, cancelling the rest of their stay.
Since they cancelled less than 24 hours before the second night started (I'm going by the 3pm check in time) am I still expected to refund the second night's booking fee?
They are asking that I do this, but it seems unfair since I would only have 18 hours to fill the space for that night.
Just not sure what the official line is on this one.
My cancellation policy is set to flexible.
