Early payout

Hey

i am new to this as a host however I selected an early pay out method which suggested that 50% of the funds will be paid out to me three days after booking so far I have about 4 bookings. I haven’t received anything.. is there something I missed or didn’t understand ? Please help

@Thomas1310 its airbnb's way of making sure new hosts don't take the money and run.

All new hosts have to wait upto 30 days from the day the booking was received before any payments are released, after the 30days future payments will be as you expect them to be.

I’m a little confused. I’m new to hosting and according the what I have read it says that if a booking if 30 days away the funds will Ben resleased after 24 hours. The booking has been confirmed for December. Even now I haven’t received anything. Can I be helped to understand better ?

@Thomas1310  If your first booking was in December, you definitely should have been paid for that by now, as well as the subsequent bookings. But I've never heard of getting paid 50% after a booking is confirmed. Host money is paid out 24 hours after a guest checks in.

Sounds like you need to contact Airbnb to find out why your payments aren't going through.

But I'm a little confused by your post- you say you havve a confirmed booking for December- I assume you mean this last December, so the guest already came, stayed and left?

Salute @Thomas1310

If it is possible for you, That rule tell " If you're a new host, we may hold your payouts for 30 days after your first reservation is confirmed"https://www.airbnb.com/help/article/425/when-will-i-get-my-payout but means 30 days after check-in time.

Thanks,

Miloud
