Hey I have some economical problem with that final prices that give me Airbnb. 

how could I solve them?

@Σταύρος1   Not sure what "economical problem with that final prices" means.  If you mean the price for your listings you are in control of them. You can state a price or choose 'smart pricing'  and put in the lowest price you will accept, and add discounts for weekly or monthly reservation if you wish.
