Is it really true that you can only edit/create check-in instructions off the mobile app and not on the desktop? also, i've created this on my phone in the app, and the captions are appearing, but none of the photos I uploaded are visible (it is just blank). it's been about 18 hours since I did this, and I'm wondering if there's some kind of a lag with AirBnB's platform and/or if something went wrong with the upload.
more importantly, why is it that this feature can only be done in the app and not the desktop? I am noticing there are certain things you can ONLY do in the desktop and not the app, and vice versa and it makes it more difficult.

Yes, some features are only available on the app, and some on the computer.
I have no clue why it's like that, but I've learn to come to peace with it over the last year.

I'm here searching online for the same problem as you.
Any picture I've uploaded for the check in instructions won't work.
I've tried many sizes, directly taking the picture within the app, selecting many different one from my album, etc.
Nothing works.
So yeah, a bit frustrating, but you are not alone.
I've seen 2 other threads since yesterday about this.
Hopefully they catch this soon so we can continue making them money with our listings!
It took me ages to work out you could only do this on the phone app, I wasted a lot of time searching for this feature on my desktop. *sigh* ABB aren't alone in this craziness, my bank also has app only features, and i have different log ins for computer and phone app!!
And now my updated instructions aren't going to guests. Frustrating.
