Edited profile won't update

I edited my description last week, and while the updated text currently appears in the editing text fields, the listing (full site or app) hasn't updated. Am I missing something?

Same problem! Trying to update my profile including my email address as my old one has expired. I hit save and then a pop up askes me to continue using Facebook. I enter my FB password and press continue. The pop up screen goes away and nothing is saved. Its just a continuing loop that doesn't save or update. Com'on Airbnb, you don't offer support and obviously not fixing this ongoing problem. Thumbs down

Mine has allowed me to change some things, but not others, and won't let me change my email address at all.

Oh, may have found a workaround. Saw that my account was linked to google and facebook, so disconnected those under trust/verify section, made changes again, hit save, was prompted for airbnb password (which I don't remember ever having since I always used facebook to login), reset my password, made changes AGAIN, then hit save, entered airbnb password and it worked. Ridiculous.

I have the same problem. For some reason all the time i press save i have to put in my facebook password (relevance is lost on me!)... I then press save and it looks like it's worked and then nothing has changed. I urgnetly need to update my email address as well as my profile as I've changed my circumstances. Why can't i do this? I just missed a booking becuase of this and am not best pleased!

Thanks to Sean (above) the problem has been solved. Dissasocciated Facebook and it worked!

Same here. Been trying to edit my listing for over a year, in every platform, phone, website, safari, Chrome, it doesn’t matter still won’t save. I’ve written to orbnb numerous times. No replies, n help. Airbnb sucks ass

I am fighting with this same problem and Facebook is not associated. also having difficulty deleting photos where they just remain, WTF! So frustrating and this thread shows issue has been going on for years and not one response from Airbnb!

Solution to property description not updating: The listing description is limited to 500 characters, including spaces. The other fields seem to have a bigger limit.
