Editing standard messages

I cannot find the tool that allows me to edit the standard messages saved and would like some assistance. Thanks!

@Paula437, go to your inbox. Go to any message. Just below the space to write something is "Use a saved message". Click that. At the bottom of the popup* you will see "Edit saved messages". From there you can edit or delete your text. Click Save after you have finished. 

Did that do it? 

*You might have to enable popups. If nothing pops up, google "allow pop-ups from a specific site".
