Hi I'm new and I've only been hosting for about 4 months.
I was wondering what if any effect it would have on my listing, rating, perception etc if a review was not made? Either by the guest or in the this current instance both of us?
I have a dilemma in that a guest has booked to stay for 6 weeks, more or less. But because I had another booking for 2 nights in the middle it is broken into 2 parts. So they have finished part one and return tomorrow. But air bnb are requesting a review.
Obviously I don't feel I can review a guest who is staying in my house for another 3 weeks. I expect that they feel the same.
So if we don't, will it look bad? Or do you think the reasoning will be obvious.
