El valor es por persona o por el total de habitaciones

Hola buenas tardes mi duda es que tengo 3 habitaciones donde podré recibir a 5 huéspedes, mi duda es que si es valor es por persona o por el total de las habitaciones, y en relación al huésped adicional es cuando sean por ejemplo 6 huéspedes o que en una de las habitaciones se quede alguien más

@Edith200  What you need to do is to make 3 or 4 listings.

You make one listing for each room. You only show photos of that room, the bathroom they would use, and any common spaces on that listing and state the maximum number of guests that the room accomodates, which will probably be two. You can decide if you want to make the base price for 1 and charge a little extra for the second guest or charge the same for 1 as for 2 guests.

So you would have one listing for each bedroom. Then you could have a 4th listing that includes all 3 bedrooms, in case a family or group of 5-6 wants to rent all the bedrooms. You would then have to link the calendars so that if someone rented all the bedrooms, the individual listings would become unavailable, or if someone rented 1 or 2 of the bedrooms, the listing of all 3 becomes unavailable.
