Email address for Airbnb please!

Hi there

This is my first time using the community, so sorry if this has already been covered before (I looked but couldn't find a thread). I was wondering if there might be an eail address for Airbnb? When I call, more often than not the line is really bad (even though I can use my phone fine for other calls) and in a section for 'view tickets', the webpage doesn't load for me, on Chrome or any other browser.

Being able to send an email about my issue would be so simple -can anyone share an email address for Airbnb personnel? Ideally a team that can deal with superhost queries and an ongoing issue I had with a host (when I was a guest) that still hasn't been resolved.
