Email communication

I have been an Airbnb host for almost 7 years and have come to rely on the emails that let me know "In one week you have a guest arriving...have you...." and to remind me "Today you have a guest arriving...have you..."

 

These emails have kept me updated with my calendar and prompt me to have the room ready for guests when they need to be ready. These emails have stopped and there is NO option anywhere to reinstate them that I can find.

 

Any help out there from the community? Why did these stop? Why do I not have the option to either opt in or out of this feature?

Did you look in Account Settings under your photo at the top right when you are signed in, @Amy216? Attaching screenshot of the area I'm looking at in that section. Capture.PNG

Thanks for the reply. YES. They are both checked off. I have checked and unchecked but they have remained checked all along. The baffling thing is that I used to receive them but now I don't and I dond't think I did anything to cause the change. 

 

Other ideas?
