Email notification that Guest has checked out when they have not

Hello all...

I keep getting email notifications that my guests have checked out, usually 1-2 hours before they actually check out. Is there a "check out now" option for guests? It would be nice if I got these notifications when the guest has actually checked out...

The AirBnB system won't know what time your guest checks out - guests don't have to notify AirBnB that they have left the property.

You are getting reminder messages - and you can set what types of messages to receive in your account set up pages.
