Error 503 / Transaction history

I have had issues getting into my transaction history a lot and I saw a post about it before as well. I did find that if you type in https://www.airbnb.com/users/transaction_history you will be able to get into your history and you will not get the 503 error. Lets hope it keeps working.

Hi @Gladys38

Just wondering if this is still happening?

Hi As of April 7 2019, this is still happening. Moreover, the link above works, but you still cannot download your CSV file...

Still happening.  I have 503's on multiple places:

1. Earnings Summary: https://www.airbnb.com/users/earnings_report

2. Earnings Progress: https://www.airbnb.com/progress/earnings

3. iOS application: the entire progress section doesn't load

I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times.  I've tried the latest version of Chrome and Safari on two different user accounts with two different computers and two different iPhones.  I've cleared all cache and cookies in each.  I'm using the pro hosting tools.

It's infuriating to have to call support to ask how much revenue my business is earning.  I have no way to do so otherwise.  And let's be honest, asking your users to download their transaction history as a CSV and perform the operations themselves isn't reasonable.  I just want to see how my listings are performing in terms of revenue.

Will someone take this seriously?

This is killing me! I can't reconcile my books, send my owner's monthly reports, or pay my state taxes because I can't pull my transactions from May 2019 cvs. Contacted Airbnb via Twitter and they say someone will contact me but, nope.

airbnb does not take this seriously!i called them for 2 months about the same issue, nothing is done from airbnb side!there is nothing wrong with your crome or computer, the error is at airbnb side, something that they do not want to admit, and nobody from airbnb gives us any answer when it will be fixed or what is the problem!

For the record, I also get 503 responses from my reviews page... so I'm not allowed to leave any rebuttals: https://www.airbnb.com/users/reviews/

Happening here too, really hindering my ability to keep up to date on my books. Please let us know when it's been fixed!

This has been happening to me for months as well. I've found that if I try to open the earnings tab over and over I'll occasionally get lucky but it's a longstanding issue and pretty irritating. The transaction history workaround helps, thanks Gladys.

As of today, this has not been solved yet. It would be nice to know if Airbnb is working on it, or if we should forget about this feature.

This is still going on. Has been for months. Some days it works, but most days it doesn't

The problem is that I rely on this for business purposes, so it's more than just an interesting feature.

AirBnB, we are paying you too much money for this not to work. Please get your s.h.i.t together.

Same HERE! It has been over 2 months for us not being able to get access to the transaction history data or pull a spreadsheet of the data, nor get access to Performance - Earnings page.  And same issue for many of my friends who are hosts too. Tried to call Airbnb customer service, being told they have reported the issue to airbnb, then never heard back.

We do so much work to try to follow the rules and be great hosts. Airbnb - Please do your part!
