Error Message

 Has anyone ever got this error message ? "Sorry, we can’t load new messages right now. View Inbox"

Yes I've had that a couple of times when I have hovered the mouse pointer over the message icon but I have still always been able to just click on my inbox to view the messages. Are you not able to access your inbox when you get this message?
