Establishing connections with local industries

I want to offer my property to local industries(Volvo, Boeing, etc.) so they can have a nice place to send their consultants and out-of-town employees by booking 3-4 nights per week for an extended period of weeks or months.  Anyone accomplished that, and how is it working?

@Dale128 you can contact them directly, otherwise I don't know a way for them to see your property specifically for that. Are your properties part of the Work Collection?

Not familiar with the Work Collection.  I plan on personally visiting the industries and showing them a book with pictures of my place.  I can explain to them why we are considering this an executive class property.

@Dale128 great, I believe that is the only way to get their attention to your place specifically especially if there are many properties in the area.

Is the Work Collection a specific site on AirBnB?  How do I access it?

It would be fine to do that @Dale128  if you have a named contact at the business who says they are happy to meet with you.

Do your research first and find out who in each company you should be talking to and make contact by email first with a link to your listing.

Thanks, and I'll definitely have a name before I go visit.

Not wishing to rain on your parade, @Dale128, but big businesses don't have much time for the smaller fishes out there like us. Likewise, when they're in the money (as in making it, not cutting back), hotels will always see the business first.

Where this can be different is when the employee has to book their own stay, and making your listing stand out (with keywords too) is where you can help yourself.

Do let us know if you get any joy from visiting the businesses, and good luck.

I'll keep you posted, and should have some experience next week to report on.

@Dale128 ,

Your listing is lovely. You may want to include a few more photos to highlight your space.

May I suggest that you might want to include in your description the driving time/distance to the company HQ.

Best of success and please do let us know how you fare!
