Experience Declined

I added a fully detailed experience which was a great one. And it was declined in half a second, so obviously was not reviewed by a human.

I would like to be given a chance to correct the items that were not acceptable by the Airbnb robots. 

What to do? Is there a human I can get in touch with?

I would think with a large 20% cut, there would be some customer service...

Hello there , 

 

I have the same situation as  Joanna293 , in other words my experience was declined in very short time.

 

In my passtime I do beekeeping and I want to share that with the world . However , Airbnb sent me an email saying " While we don’t think it’s a fit for Airbnb at this time, you can submit a new experience that includes more information about how it meets all of our quality standards.".

 

1) I believe I placed all  examples  and details related to this experience , yet my enperience was declined.

 

2) I am not the 1st person in Airbnb who does beekeeping experiences , so I dont get why they decline my experience . 

 

Anyone who can help me with this ?
