Not sure I need 20 minutes to explain how I use guest reviews, I generally just pay attention to what guests say and use the feedback to make a priority list of things to change and improve.
One think I would say is it is important to stand back and take a professional overview of it all rather than get reactive because getring both good and bad reviews is what will happen. What to aim at is to make a nice package that will make most guests feel like they have had a worthwhile experiece and eliminate anything reasonably possible that takes away from that experience.
