Hi everyone,

I booked an experience for me and my couple in London that was done a few days ago. My couple spent the night before in the hospital so we couldn't assist. I've been looking for a way of communicate this to Airbnb and see if there's anything I could get back from that experience, but I'm not sure how to do. I've documents from the hospital.
