My guest is staying for 5 nights and now wants to add a 6th night. However, I told her that due to the holiday the cleaning fee would be increased. It seems that I can't modify the cleaning fee. I originally had the night at $30 more on my calendar due to the holiday but told her I would hold her rate. It seems like the best option is to change her nightly rate to include the additional cleaning fee. However, she is asking for detailed break down for taxes and fees and I am not sure what she pays for taxes. Please provide suggestions as I am not sure if I can increase her rate on my calendar and have her extend. She asked to modify her reservation and I declined as the rate stayed the same as her earlier nights and cleaning had not changed. I told her I had declined until I figured out what to do. It looks like there is an option to ask for additional fees but that can't be done until she checks in. Any work around ideas are appreciated!
