Extra Guest Fee weird behavior

Hi,

I have listed a house that accomodates 4 guests.

Have just replied back two distinct requests for exact same days. The FIRST requested for 2 people, teh SECOND request was for 4 people.

The 4-people request had automatically added 2 extra fees, which I think it is wrong. Price should be the same from 1 to 4 guests.

What do I need to do to have the extra fees added ONLY when ABOVE 4 guests?

Under CALENDAR I was able to reach the PRICE CALCULATOR. I tested from 1 to 4 guests and concluded AirBnB adds the extra guest fee to the base nightly price, starting from the first guest.

E.g. nigthly price = $100. Extra Guest = $25

1 night for 1 person = $100 + $25 x 1 = $125

1 night for 2 people =$100 + $25 x 2 = $150

1 night for 3 people =$100 + $25 x 3 = $175

1 night for 4 people =$100 + $25 x 4 = $200

and above 4 I would need to reset the reservation, review the prices, etc.

Does it look correct?

Probably because that's how your listing is set up. My listing is set for the price to be the same for 1-4 people and only add more for each person over 4 people.  Go to your listing and look for pricing. It won't be on your calendar section.
