Extra charges

As a new host I want to stay within the rules and guidelines. Recently  a confirmed guest told me she cannot arrive until 11:30 pm. I can accommodate this but must charge extra because the person doing check-in will travel back from their distant home, whereas it is closeby during the daytime. How do I levy the extra charge through Airbnb?

Just find the reservation in your Dashboard. If you move the mouse over the ... menu, you'll see an option to Cancel/Alter the reservation. Just make your changes there and your guest will need to accept the modification.

There is one problem with this. What if a guest does not accept? Do you have any recourse?
